PLEASE READ: This booking section is for existing clients only. First-time clients, please click the 'New Client' button. THIS BOOKING SECTION: • To set an appointment for your next neurotoxin treatment. (Note: Fri-Tox-Day is every Friday) • To set a session appointment from the VIP Package treatment plan. • To set an in-person appointment with our Nurse Practitioner for a personalized treatment evaluation. Cancellation Policy
BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY A $50 deposit or full payment is required to secure your appointment. Online payment is accepted at the time of booking. Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours in advance, as well as no-shows, will result in the forfeiture of the $50 deposit. If sufficient notice (24 hours or more) is provided, the deposit may be refunded or applied to a rescheduled appointment. By completing your booking, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation and payment policy.
