Intravenous Therapy - Consultation
Service Description
To secure your IV Therapy treatment, a consultation with a Medical Doctor is required. When scheduling for a consultation date and time, please note that a Pre-Service Evaluation (Good Faith Exam) with Nurse Practitioner can take place immediately afterwards. Be prepared to provide all essential medical information during the consultation. We will thoroughly assess all relevant details and medical requirements to ensure a safe and effective procedure. Following the Exam, a consultation with the MD will take place via TeleMed. Be advised that the length of time for the consultation to complete will depend on many different factors. Also, please know that IV therapy procedure may be administered on the same day right after the consultation.
Cancellation Policy
BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY A $50 deposit or full payment is required to secure your appointment. Online payment is accepted at the time of booking. Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours in advance, as well as no-shows, will result in the forfeiture of the $50 deposit. If sufficient notice (24 hours or more) is provided, the deposit may be refunded or applied to a rescheduled appointment. By completing your booking, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation and payment policy.
